AEC Premier Straw Single Net FibreNet erosion control blanket (ECB) consists of the finest
available agricultural straw with 75% four
-inch fibers or greater fiber length, and it is certified
weed seed free. The straw fibers are evenly distributed throughout the entire area of the blanket.
The top of each blanket is covered with 100% biodegradable jute netting. The product is 100% biodegradable. AEC Premier Straw Single Net FibreNet shall be manufactured in the U.S.A.
AEC Premier Straw Single Net FibreNet has a design soil
loss ratio (event-based RUSLE C factor) of .05 and is typically suitable for slopes up to 3H:1V. AEC Premier Straw Single Net FibreNet is rated for channel flows up to 4.5 ft/s (1.4 m/s) and 1.55 lb/ft 2 (74 Pa) shear stress.
